If I allowed it, my children would eat Queso Fundido con Chorizo all day, every day, with a spoon. HA! This Tex-Mex favorite is insanely delicious and indulgent and sure to be a huge hit at your next summer party.

Ingredients:
1 lb Mangalitsa Pork Chorizo
8 oz cheddar cheese (shred it off the block, do not buy shreds or the sauce will be grainy from the anti-caking agents)
8 oz cream cheese
Optional toppings: sour cream, sliced jalapenos, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro
Directions:
Brown the chorizo and break into 1/2 in chunks
Add cheeses and mix together gently until bubbly and melted
Top with sour cream, sliced jalapenos, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro
Serve with tortilla chips
